Book reviews for next week

It has been a busy weekend in the Kingston family – clearing out the loft and playroom. With our eldest due to start University in October (global pandemic permitting) it is time to start making changes.

Sadly this has meant less time to read, but I will be back to reading and reviewing tomorrow. Next week on my blog I will be sharing my thoughts on 4 books.

The book that made me cry is The Sight of You by Holly Miller.

The book that I enjoyed until the last few chapters is Lockdown by Peter May

The Historical fiction page turner I enjoyed is A Map of Damage by Sophia Tobin

The book with the most obnoxious husband of a main character (Roger) is Growing Up for Beginners by Claire Calman – I’m joining the Boldwood Books / Rachel’s Random Resources blog tour on Thursday.

I will also be sharing information about my recent visits to online book festivals and author events on my blog.

I look forward to catching up with you next week and sharing my thoughts on the books I’ve read whilst still being furloughed.
